Conditions of the Plans.

1.The values of the Monthly, Biweekly and Weekly are with Discount, with commitment within a period of six months.  With automatic renewal. 

Cleaning Policies

1.We offer an hourly first cleaning, this initial deep cleaning is to prepare your home (home, apartment, loft etc) for recurring services on a daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly plan (ask about availability in the plan month). The first cleaning takes more time and effort to clean all areas and this process is necessary to help us get rid of the OLD DIRT first so that we can manage the NEW DIRT in a regular general maintenance cleaning on the plan of your choice, leaving your space sparkling clean again. Regular cleaning will be scheduled at your best convenience.

  1. 2. A Cleaning Service is licensed, insured and bonded and has specialized in providing quality professional.
  1. 3. We are responsible for all payroll taxes and have workers compensation insurance.
  1. 4. We provide all equipment and supplies, but will use specialty products at the client’s instruction (supplied by the client).
  1. 5. We guarantee consistent quality cleaning services. We employ reliable, trustworthy cleaning people that are motivated by company incentives and rewards. The same dedicated crew will clean your home on each visit.
  1. 6. Our goal is to exceed your expectations for professional cleaning services . We inspect our work before leaving the premises. If you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue as soon as possible. Requests received by our office more than 24 hours after the service was provided will be incorporated into your next scheduled cleaning.
  1. 7. Schedule Changes or Cancellations: We understand that there are changes in schedules in our busy lives. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or cancelled, we ask that our clients notify three (3) days in advance. This gives us an opportunity to fill that spot and keep our employees working a full schedule. When a client cancels with less than a two (2) day notice a fee of 5% of the charges for that service will be applied. If the scheduled cleaning is not re-scheduled (and skipped) may need to charge a higher rate for the next scheduled visit due to the extra work needed to complete that cleaning service. For permanent cancellation of the cleaning service, we ask that the client notify two weeks in advance
